What you see when Ghillie opens for the first time, and what each part of the window is for.
The window
Ghillie opens to a workspace with a tab bar. Each tab shows its icon and a count, and the trailing edge carries contextual search, filter, sort and create actions. Search expands inline; Escape clears and collapses it.
- Chats is the conversation feed. Every conversation you have with Ghillie lives here.
- Projects groups conversations under named projects, each with its own kanban board. See Projects and boards.
- Powers lists everything Ghillie can do, with a switch per Power and recent execution counts. See Powers.
- Channels is where Telegram and Microsoft Teams are configured. Until a channel has its credentials it reports
Setup required. - Inbox collects reviews and questions Ghillie has for you.
- Settings holds the credential vault and Core connection details.
What is connected on day one
Nothing. Ghillie can talk, plan and remember straight away, but it cannot read your mail or calendar until you hand it a credential. That is deliberate. Connecting accounts is a two-minute job covered in Connect your accounts.
A first conversation
Open Chats and start typing. Ghillie introduces itself and asks what you would like a hand with. Give it something small and observable: ask it what it knows about you so far, or ask it to remember something. You will see the answer, and in Inbox you will see anything it wants you to confirm.
