Your first task

Give Ghillie a real job, watch how it plans it, and see where it stops to ask you.
Pick something with a read and a write
The clearest way to see how Ghillie behaves is to give it a job that mixes looking things up with doing something real. Try:
Go through today's inbox. Anything from a client, draft a reply for me.
Anything that's a newsletter, archive it.What happens
- Ghillie plans. The request becomes a small graph of tasks: read the inbox, classify each message, draft replies, archive newsletters. Steps that depend on earlier results wait for them.
- Reads run immediately. Reading your inbox changes nothing, so it happens without a prompt.
- Writes pause for you. Archiving and sending are consequential. Ghillie shows you the exact effect: which messages, which action, and waits for a yes. Drafts are prepared but nothing is sent on its own.
- You approve or decline in the app, or from Telegram with the confirm and deny buttons.
- It reports back with what it did, and the run is recorded end to end.
Watch it on the board
Assign the conversation to a project and open its board. Running work sits inIn progress; anything waiting on you sits in Needs input; finished work moves to In review. The board is a window onto the run, not a control panel for it: dragging a card never starts, approves or cancels anything.
Then teach it something
Once you have seen a run through, tell Ghillie how you would like the next one done. "Always archive anything from these three senders" or "Draft replies in a shorter register" become working rules it keeps. See Memory.
